Plaster figure of an Egyptian shabti

Description: Egyptian figure depicting a shabti.
It wears a tripartite wig, with the hands crossed over the chest. Markings resembling hieroglyphs appear on the base. The figure and base are cast as a single piece in patinated plaster. In good condition. Estimated to date from around 1950. Dimensions: H. 35.5 cm; base measures 8.2 x 9 cm.
