Grethe Meyer drew Fire Pot for Royal Copenhagen in 1976. The series is taken out of production around 1986.

She was asked to develop a series of fireproof dishes and bowls that could go from freezer to oven. Fire pot goes straight from the freezer to the hot oven, on the grill, gas stove and electrical plates. All parts are dishwasher proof, besides the teak trivets.
